Two of our members, Paul McNally and Mary Onions have been working with The Marlowe Theatre's Writing Room to develop new full-length plays. They will be premiered in rehearsed readings with professional directors and actors at The Marlowe in July. Click on the links to book tickets

My Generation, directed by Dawn Walton OBE, and written by Paul McNally is a funny and nostalgic exploration of 1960s hippies struggling to come to terms with the past and make sense of the present.

“The 70s was sh*t, the 80s was sh*t with fancy clothes, the 90s was sh*t again and since then all there’s been is X Factor, auto-tuning and Ed Sheeran. I think I’ll stick with the mid-60s psychedelia.”

Finding Turner, directed by Tom Hughes and written by Mary Onions is a lively and refreshing new comedy.

Unlike those keen to exploit his extraordinary talent, Bill Joseph, the lad from Margate, comes to understand that true art doesn’t have to come with a price tag.
